Hiring teams needed a faster, more consistent way to assess candidates at scale — screening resumes against job requirements and supporting the interview process without adding manual overhead.
The Solution
Integrated ChatGPT into the interview process and built resume-analysis logic to gauge job-candidate relevancy, as part of a larger Human Resource Automation system extensively integrating ChatGPT and Llama 3.1.
